Questions Answers About the Fitness Challenge
Good Evening Fitness Challenge Contestants

By now you should have received an email instructing you to sign up in the Incentfit app so that you can begin to see your points on the leader board. If you have not signed into this system yet, please do so immediately. Anyone not registered in the Incentfit App by this Sunday will be dropped from the competition. Remember to also connect your fitness tracking device to your Incentfit account so that your steps can be automatically tracked.

We have received emails from contestants regarding where to upload videos, when will points be posted, how to upload and share pictures and what are the bonus challenges. We truly appreciate the fact that ALL of you are eager to get going with all the various activities, but this fitness challenge is paced, and you will receive notification in advance of when the points-driven activities should be performed. Also, at the appropriate time, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to load your pictures and videos. We don’t want you getting ahead of yourselves, we want to make sure the contest remains fair and that there is sufficient time between various activities for the administrators to review your submissions and award points.

Speaking of points, you as a contestant will NOT be able to award yourself points – the challenge admins will make weekly posts of the points you have earned (usually by Tuesday mornings). This is why it is important that you connect your fitness device to the Incentfit app so that your steps are automatically tracked. The system usually updates pretty quickly, but there are time that it takes 1 day for system to fully update and reflect all of your points earned. If you think we missed something or if you are not seeing your steps recorded correctly in the system, let us know immediately. You can also download the Incentfit app on your smart phone or tablet by going to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

If you are having trouble connecting your device, please don’t hesitate to contact us about that too (info@healthedandlit.org). We don’t want you missing out on all the fitness fun!

Sooooo, with that being said, let’s remember that this is a friendly competition, and not a re-enactment of the Hunger Games lol! We can truly appreciate the zest and zeal you all have taken in jump-starting this challenge, and we look forward to connecting with you through emails, text, conference calls and meet-ups throughout the course of the event.

Thank you for allowing us to partner with you as you strive to reach your fitness goals, and most of all thank you for choosing to make a change towards better health.
